New Jersey Delivery FAQs
To Qualify:
- Be a NJ MMJ card holder with a valid card & NJ driver’s license
- Have registered as a patient with The Apothecarium Dispensary Phillipsburg – HERE
- Delivery service requires patient opts-in for email & texting to receive delivery notifications – HERE
- Deliveries can only be made to the address printed on valid NJ Medical Cannabis Card
Placing Orders:
- Initial delivery zone is 10 miles from the Apothecarium Dispensary Phillipsburg – HERE
- Delivery days are Tuesdays & Wednesdays
- Order deadlines are 48 hours in advance
- For Tuesday delivery, place order by midnight Sunday
- For Wednesday delivery, place order by midnight Monday
- $100.00 min order amount
- $10.00 delivery charge (helps off-set delivery costs, does not go to drivers)
Payments & Tipping:
- For deliveries orders we CANPAY Debit only – no cash will be carried by our drivers
- Tipping & gratuities will be accepted at the time of completing your order
- All delivery orders are final, no refunds or redelivery is available
How to Accept Medical Cannabis Delivery:
- Delivery window: 12pm – 4pm
- Patient must be home and present current NJ medical cannabis card
- Patients must also show NJ DL
- Driver will text 1 hour in advance notice of delivery, and then again upon arrival
